A structured stabilisation and reintegration model for learners experiencing placement breakdown, persistent absence or emotionally-based school avoidance (EBSA).

Designed as a time-limited intervention to stabilise attendance, rebuild engagement and prepare a phased return to mainstream provision.

Includes:

• Curriculum baseline and gap analysis
• Structured session notes
• Observation summaries suitable for multi-agency meetings
• Practical classroom accommodation recommendations
• Phased reintegration planning
• Graduated return timetable design
• Formal written summaries support SENDCO oversight and review processes.

Full Alternative Provision / EOTIS

£80 per hour | Up to 15 hours per week

A fully accountable, adaptive curriculum model for secondary-aged learners unable to access mainstream education. This provision operates as structured Alternative Provision in line with DfE guidance and Cheshire East quality assurance standards.

Designed for:

• EHCP learners

• EOTAS / EOTIS pathways

• Students unable to attend mainstream provision

• Learners requiring continuity through a single specialist teacher

Provision includes:

• EHCP-aligned Individual Curriculum Plans (ICPs)
• GCSE pathway delivery across English, Mathematics and Science
• Structured assessment and progress tracking
• Applied mastery experiences embedded within curriculum sequencing
• Curriculum experiences linked to regulation, confidence and real-world transfer
• Pre-planned breakout activities for cognitive reset and emotional regulation
• Formal written reports issued every half term
• Session notes available to commissioning schools and Local Authorities
• Independent safeguarding and risk assessment framework

Provision capacity extends up to 15 hours per week per learner, with commissioning arrangements agreed in advance with the school and/or Local Authority.
