The programme is shaped around the learner’s needs, current engagement, curriculum priorities and intended outcomes. Hours can be rebalanced following review.

Access and starting points are individual. GCSE pathways are agreed where appropriate, with assessment embedded in teaching and support gradually reduced as competence develops.
